November Showcased Roles
These are the roles we are showcasing this month, across agentic AI for compliance, Oracle EPM, SAP and Microsoft Copilot. We have more open roles than the ones on this page, so if you don't see your exact fit, register and we will consider you as projects open.
Agentic AI KYC/CDD Screening for an International Insurance Group
Urgently hiringA global consulting firm is taking an AI-assisted KYC/CDD (Know Your Customer / Customer Due Diligence) screening solution from proof of concept to a production-grade, reusable product for an international insurance group, ahead of the EU AML Regulation (Anti-Money Laundering Regulation), which applies from July 2027. It is business critical: CDD screening has to be completed before an insurance contract can be signed, so sales depend on it, and uptime, speed and correct results matter. You join a central build team plus two country teams.
Immediate. 12-week build, hypercare through February 2027
All 22 CDD capabilities across 5 of the 8 AMLR steps: client identity and UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner), screening (registers, high-risk countries, adverse media, PEP), combined risk rating, escalation to compliance officers, audit trail and reporting
One central build, then two country go-lives (Romania and a second country) on real cases by end of January 2027
Python (FastAPI, LangGraph) on Databricks and Azure, .NET middleware APIs, Salesforce, AS400 / Life400, SQL Server, Azure DevOps, Azure OpenAI
EU-based only
IT Solution ArchitectEU-based+
You own the technical design that turns the proof of concept into a business-critical service running in the client's Azure and Databricks estate, and make sure it can be run and supported once the solution is handed over.
What you will do
- Design the production runtime (Databricks AI platform, or an Azure container fallback), networking, identities and environments (dev, test, acceptance, production).
- Design for critical services: availability, SLOs, monitoring and alerting, backup and restore, rollback and a kill switch for core-system write-back.
- Decide the integration pattern with the client architects: API management / integration layer versus direct asynchronous API with callback.
- Define the run model (L1/L2/L3, incident, change and release) and the handover to the country IT teams.
- Represent the solution at the client's architecture and design boards.
Must have
- Azure solution architecture: APIM, Entra ID, Key Vault, private endpoints, Log Analytics / App Insights
- Databricks (Unity Catalog, Model Serving / AI Gateway)
- Infrastructure as code with Terraform, CI/CD in Azure DevOps
- ITIL operating model and service transition for critical systems
Nice to have: KYC/CDD or AML systems; insurance or banking IT; integrating with legacy cores (AS400, mainframe); AI/LLM solutions in production.
Business Solutions AnalystEU-based+
You are the link between compliance, the business and the engineers. You translate the CDD process and country needs into clear requirements, and make sure the solution fits into the sales journey and the core systems it has to work with.
What you will do
- Map the CDD process steps to the solution's CDD capabilities for each country, and record the gaps.
- Write requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria with compliance officers, MLROs and product owners.
- Map where the solution connects to the host systems (CRM, sales platform, policy core) and what happens before contract signing.
- Define the request and response data with the data engineers and check country configuration (rules, lists, thresholds).
- Support UAT, training and the cut-over to go-live.
Must have
- Strong IT business analysis on enterprise software projects
- Core business systems such as Salesforce / CRM and policy or banking cores, and how they are integrated
- Process modelling (BPMN), reading REST / OpenAPI contracts
- Backlog work in Jira or Azure DevOps
Nice to have: KYC/CDD, AML or onboarding processes; insurance or banking; legacy systems (AS400 / Life400); Romanian language.
Data / Integration EngineerEU-based+
You own the data that goes into and out of the solution. You find and map every source, define the data contracts and build the connectors that replace today's mocked data sources.
What you will do
- Inventory all internal and external data sources: what data comes in and out, how (API, database link, file) and under which contract.
- Define the data contracts (canonical client data, screening result) and the data model for evidence, audit trail and reporting.
- Build connectors to Moody's GRID, national registers (for Romania: trade register, beneficial-owner register, insolvency bulletin) and local UBO data providers (for example Coface).
- Connect Databricks with legacy databases (mainly SQL Server) and core systems.
- Set up data quality checks, contract tests and data retention rules.
Must have
- Databricks (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog), Python / PySpark, SQL
- SQL Server and integration with legacy databases
- API and file-based integrations (REST, DB links, batch / SFTP)
- Data modelling and data contracts
Nice to have: screening or data providers (Moody's, Dow Jones, LexisNexis, Coface); KYC/UBO data; insurance or banking data; AS400 data access.
Full-Stack / Back-End Engineer (2 positions)EU-based+
You build the services that connect the solution to the client's systems. The middleware APIs will most likely be in .NET, and the CDD capabilities themselves are in Python, so you work on both sides.
What you will do
- Build the middleware APIs between Salesforce / API management, Databricks or SQL databases, and legacy cores such as AS400.
- Build and harden the CDD services: asynchronous client-check API with callback, retries instead of dropped messages, and safe write-back with an on/off switch.
- Extend the Python capability modules and the connector framework.
- Package and deploy as containers or Databricks bundles through the CI/CD pipeline.
- Write unit and integration tests, and fix issues found in testing and in production.
Must have
- C# / .NET (ASP.NET Core Web APIs)
- Python (FastAPI or similar)
- Containerised packaging (Docker), Azure DevOps CI/CD, Git
- Integration with enterprise systems (REST, messaging / queues)
Nice to have: Databricks Asset Bundles (DAB); Kubernetes; LangGraph or other LLM frameworks; Salesforce integration; AS400 / Life400; KYC/CDD, insurance or banking experience.
QA Expert (Testing)EU-based+
You make sure the solution works as intended before real clients depend on it. This is not code review. You own the test approach, build the reference test cases and design the gates that must pass before the solution can write results back into core systems.
What you will do
- Set up the test strategy and test management for the central build and both countries.
- Build the "golden" test bench: representative client cases with expected, repeatable results, together with compliance officers.
- Set up automated regression, API and front-end tests in the CI pipeline.
- Run system integration testing (SIT) and support UAT with the country testers.
- Design and evidence the production gates for core-system write-back (functional, stability, rollback, kill switch).
Must have
- Test management across unit, integration, regression, end-to-end and UAT testing
- Test automation (pytest, Playwright or similar) and API testing (Postman / REST)
- Test tooling such as Azure Test Plans or Xray, and quality gates in CI/CD
- Scenario-based testing of business rules and outcomes
Nice to have: testing AI/LLM outputs (non-deterministic results); KYC/CDD or screening systems; insurance or banking; testing integrations with legacy cores.
CyberSecurity SMEEU-based+
You get the solution through the client's security approvals and make sure it handles personal data safely. You are the main contact for the client's CISO office on security topics.
What you will do
- Review the security design: identities and access, secrets, network, data handling and logging (no personal data in logs).
- Prepare and drive the security architecture approval (SECA) and new-technology reviews, including AI / LLM and web search use.
- Coordinate the penetration test (planned for January 2027) and follow up on findings.
- Support the data protection impact assessment (DPIA) and the AI model-risk review.
- Agree data handling principles with the client CISO, data protection and country security teams.
Must have
- Security architecture and approval processes in large regulated companies
- Azure security (Entra ID, Key Vault, private endpoints, Defender)
- Penetration testing and OWASP (including the OWASP Top 10 for LLM applications)
- Code and dependency scanning (SonarQube, JFrog Xray or similar)
- GDPR and data protection principles
Nice to have: insurance or banking security (DORA, EBA guidelines); AI security and governance; KYC/AML data handling.
